Fashion Bliss - Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Fashion Bliss. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase with us. If you are unsatisfied with your order, we are here to help with our return policy.

1. Return Eligibility: Items must be returned within 10 days from the date of purchase. Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging and eligible for return only can be returned.

Can I return part of my order? Yes. You can return any products that are eligible for returns within 10 days of purchase. Please do note; there are some items that are not returnable or exchangeable.

2. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@fashionbliss.in to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package. Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method to ensure delivery.

3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part. We recommend using a reliable shipping service with tracking to ensure the safe return of your item.

4. Refund: Once we receive your return, it will be inspected, and we will notify you of the status. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges: We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or colour, please return the original item and place a new order.

6. Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as clearance or final sale items, may be non-returnable. Please check the product description for details.

7. Damaged or Defective Items: We dispatch the product only after detail inspection of the product. Still if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately on the day of delivery of product at support@fashionbliss.in with video at the time of opening of parcel and photos of the product.

8. International Returns: International returns are subject to the same guidelines. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
